What is wrong with your developers? They must not use your products because the latest update completely ruined the app. It's kinda like they decided half way into developing it that they just decided to stop. Roll back to the prior version or you'll begin losing customers. No one likes the new update. Thank God I have an older version zipped up on an older phone. By the way, I've been using your products for more than 7 or 8 years at least. Please fix this!

App keeps asking for storage permission to record but it already has it. won't let me record at all. there's clearly a problem with the update. I guess I'll have to explore other options, which is a shame. I liked the app, despite the constant overly aggressive cloud storage ads. I've had these cameras for years and they've been great. sure wish you'd fix the issue.

Turned the app on last Saturday and again today and every single device in my home, except one plug and two cameras, has just disappeared. luckily it all works with my Google home's voice command. The app can't find any of the devices even though they've been paired to the app and same wifi for about 4 years and it says I have to go manually pair all of them. I have around 30 devices behind couches or shelves I now have to go fix. Unacceptable.
